10 Skincare Products You Need to Buy
AmorePacific Treatment Enzyme Exfoliating Powder Cleanser – I am not a huge physical exfoliator person because the irritate my skin 9 out of 10 times. If you have sensitive skin like I do, cleansing powders like this one is crucial. The powder formula mixed in with water creates a foam that gently exfoliates dead skin cells without stripping the skin. With papaya and green tea enzymes, this cleanser is full of antioxidants for the skin and it’s also suitable for all skin types!
Laneige Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer – If you’ve followed me on Instagram for awhile now, I honestly can’t stop talking about and mentioning this product. It’s recently come into the United States and is now available in Sephora. The “Cream Skin Refiner” is the original name that Laneige uses in Korea and in the states, it is referred to as “Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer.” This is between a toner and a moisturizer- Laneige puts it in its own category called “cream skin” because it’s pretty much a whole jar of cream mixed into a toner formula. It’s definitely the #1 product I recommend this year because it hydrates my skin inside and out, and it’s the perfect product to start stocking up for the upcoming colder seasons.
Youth To The People Kombucha + 11% AHA Exfoliation Power Toner – A newer product I’ve added to my collection recently but one I immediately fell in love with. This is a nighttime exfoliating toner with 8% Lactic Acid and 3% Glycolic Acid. It also contains Kombucha Black Tea Ferment which is packed with prebiotics to protect and firm the appearance of the skin. It’s powerful so if you’re new to chemical exfoliation, I would start with a little bit and start with the neck to see how your skin reacts.
Laneige Water Bank Hydro Essence – One of my all-time favorite Laneige products (even before the Cream Skin Refiner I always talk about!). Although the name has “essence,” it’s actually a serum. The lightweight serum is extremely hydrating for the skin but most of all, it’s fast-absorbing which I really like. The texture is more like a serum to me, but I love it especially for the summer months!
Fresh Sugar Strawberry Exfoliating Face Wash – This cleanser contains white sugar crystals with strawberry and black currant fruit extracts. Many exfoliating face washes that contain particles irritate my skin, but this one was super gentle and gentle enough where you can use it daily. It immediately exfoliates and gives you baby soft skin.
Drunk Elephant B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Serum – Drunk Elephant products are not the most wallet-friendly, so you must take advantage when Sephora has a sale! My favorite out of all Drunk Elephant products is the B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Serum. It’s verrry hydrating and goes well with other products and makeup over it as well. It’s suitable for all skin types but I think it’ll be most beneficial for those with dry skin! You’ll definitely notice a difference.
Foreo Luna 3 for Sensitive Skin – A silicone cleansing brush really switches up your cleansing game. All Luna cleansing devices are very gentle on the skin, but this one in particular is for sensitive skin. The best part about the Luna is that they’re so easy to carry around when traveling to keep up with your cleansing routine and the silicone bristles are very soft. I’ve tried many, but I found this one to be the most gentle for my skin personally over the years.
Herbivore Lapis Oil – Yes, it’s that gorgeous blue serum. This blue oil (the color comes from Blue Tansy) is most suitable for combination, oily, acne-prone skin types to soothe dry irritated skin and balance hydration. I find this serum super helpful when I break out as far as calming the redness down.
Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF40 – A clear sunscreen primer. This had a huge wave when it first came out because there was nothing like this before. It’s also oil-free but glides on easily, grips makeup very well, and instantly creates a velvety-matte finish to layer makeup afterwards. I definitely find my pores appear minimized and my makeup applies evenly all over my face when using this product.
Farmacy Honey Potion – A unique mask because this yellow mask turns into a white cream when it touches the skin. It also warms up when applied on the face, and I found this super intriguing. The glycerin and honey in this mask are both mega-hydrating for the skin. I also never have a bad experience with this mask!
Sales are always a great time to stock up on some products or finally pull the trigger on a product you’ve been eyeing. Hope this list helps you make up your mind!
