Dallas Farmers Market
I’m in the middle of my crossing out items on my fall bucket list (Crossed two off last week – see this post)! Fall is my favorite season, so I’m dedicated to being active and doing as much before it gets cold and I don’t want to do anything (: Another one my list, and that’s actually been on my list for a while, is to visit the Dallas Farmers Market. I was really excited to finally check it out after 5 years! First stop: The Shed. The Market has The Shed and The Market Shops, which I think are the main ones, but looked like there’s more coming pretty soon.
The best part about Farmers Markets is the chance to sample different things here and there. I’ve tried a handful from a homemade, organic apple to a spicy beef jerky. Also, I have this fantasy about shopping at a local farmers market and cooking something yummy afterwards. When I get married, that’s definitely on my list!
After browsing The Shed, the next stop at the Dallas Farmers Market was The Market– a food hall + markets. This is where you can do some shopping and eat lunch after exploring The Shed or walking around. I didn’t get to eat during my visit, but I definitely want to go back and try! You can see the Dallas skyline, so that would be a great view to enjoy a meal with.
The Dallas Farmers Market is a super cute spot to go with your friends, with your love, or your family. For my next visit, I want to bring my parents, and I shall try eating at The Market! Can’t wait to cross off the next item on my bucket list 🙂
